5 potential reasons your business isn't growing

1. Your marketing and advertising are not built for scaling or failing to discover new customers

Sometimes businesses suffer from saturation in their current marketing and advertising activities, or the entire market is saturated. At other times, they are ineffective.

2. Your processes don't allow for growth

Businesses grow using processes. Without processes, businesses flounder under the weight of confusion, and they aren't able to hire more junior staff.

3. Your funds don't allow for hiring or additional advertising

Sometimes money is tight and what seems like the necessary investment for growth may be tricky to achieve.

4. Customers are unhappy and leaving, or your business model isn't focused on retention

Some businesses constantly churn customers, either due to their business model, or because customers are unhappy. This can lead to a focus on fire-fighting, rather than growth.

A made up example:

Let's presume that your business is struggling to gain new customers because your marketing is ineffective

This is a very common reason that business stagnate.

You may have tried to push your marketing team to produce more work

It must be your marketing team. They aren't working hard enough, or effectively enough.

You may have tried to personally intervene

Then, you might have tried to work with them to solve the issue.

But you haven't engaged with an expert because "it's a waste of money"

But you'd hired a team who were inexperienced for cost saving, because deep down you don't believe in marketing, and you wouldn't entertain an expert.

Completely blocking this path may be one reason you're not succeeding

While you have your views, this may be causing significant issues for you and costing more than you'd lose.

I'm aware that our needs, thoughts and emotions determine whether we succeed or fail, and how we can change these to produce a more success-oriented mindset.

In our first small business coaching session, I'll ask you about your small business and what challenges you're facing. Over that hour, I'll get a picture for what's going on, and let you know whether and how I can help.

If you're nervous, I'm incredibly kind

Some people are nervous, some aren't. Either way, I'll treat you with respect and, within that hour, you'll become comfortable. However, if you'd prefer a more gentle way to start coaching, we can do that.

How will we continue?

Pricing for one to one coaching services, and discounted packages

Single sessions for business owners and entrepreneurs are £189 - with a 15% discount in your first year of business. Single sessions for executives are £300. Discounted packages are available.

In coaching we'll discuss challenges, resistance and how to design an amazing life and business

We can talk about anything that's useful to you, but we'll focus on what's challenging and why you're resistant to certain paths. We'll also determine how you work best, and how all of this fits into the life you truly want.

We'll meet every 2 to 3 weeks, usually

I suggest we meet every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on schedules. This allows you to take actions so we can evaluate the effectiveness for you.
