High performance coaching and time management

If you reflect on the last time you experienced peak performance, you may not have considered why you were so effective. Performance coaching will assist you in comprehending and achieving that state on a more consistent basis and build it into a time management strategy.

“The difference from my first session to now is life changing for me. The growth is so wonderful”.

Common barriers to performance

While you are unique, your personality shares some characteristics with others. Throughout our lives, we develop techniques for meeting our needs. Some of these will still be effective today, while others were necessary at the time but no longer serve us.

Procrastination and delaying work

Recently, there has been a great deal of emphasis on procrastination, but what is it really? We typically avoid jobs due to a variety of factors, including discomfort, boredom, fatigue, overwhelm, fear of failure, or fear of change. Additionally, people pleasers and perfectionists may procrastinate on a frequent basis.

Lack of motivation

We struggle with motivation for a variety of reasons, including dislike of a task, tiredness, a lack of challenge, having too much to accomplish, and a lack of clarity about how to proceed. Performance coaching can assist you in determining the cause and charting a proactive strategy.

Lack of confidence

If there’s one thing that kills performance, it is a lack of self-confidence. We may believe that we’re likely to receive a reprimand at the conclusion of the task, which is demotivating.

Unclear objectives

Perhaps the vision isn’t clear enough or hasn’t been communicated well, but if we’re uncertain about the final goal, getting started will be extremely tough. A performance coach can help to uncover the real objectives.

Unpleasant or irritating tasks

Even though we know they’re necessary, certain tasks aren’t enjoyable for a variety of reasons. Together, we can establish a new path and reach high performance if we discover the truth for you.

Peak performance isn't about pushing yourself to exhaustion, but about identifying our stressors and identifying fresh solutions, new tools and improved strategies

Performance coaching is for all businesses.

Entrepreneur performance coaching

Entrepreneurs face unique performance obstacles, including distraction. They typically prefer ideation and hustling, resulting in procrastination during the business growth phase.

Small business performance coaching

Stress and tiredness are common among small business owners. Finding time for personal growth or process creation seems unattainable, yet they are stuck in the same cycles. Even an hour of performance coaching every few weeks can improve the situation.

Executive performance coaching

With so much to do, executives aren’t always able to discover the quickest and cheapest route. Their team’s production can also suffer if they aren’t aware of the challenges around them. Personal coaching can illuminate the most effective path.

Freelancer performance coaching

If your business is just you, making the most of your time is imperative. However, requests from clients and personal preferences can cause challenges. An expert coach can use their skills to help the freelancer discover peak performance.

Your peak performance habits are unique to you

You may have seen “billionaires’ habits” videos and articles aimed at teaching you how to operate at the same level as Elon Musk, Warren Buffet, and others. However, your peak performance will be determined by your own personality, values, and needs, as well as your preferences and dislikes.

Maybe you like quiet. Maybe you like noise. Maybe you hate lunch breaks. Let’s discover this together.

“I’m doing really well. Probably the best I’ve been. I have to thank you for the tools you’ve given me to deal with issues.”

Take a quiz to see if I could help you

Peak performance is often hiding in plain sight

With analysis, one of my small business clients recently discovered he could generate the same revenue with half the work by abandoning online purchasing. Since he was approaching retirement, he chose to take the option.

Lessen your initial ambitions

Removing everything and beginning anew can work. The amount of work required to reach a lofty goal overwhelmed an entrepreneur client. We built a minimum viable product after removing everything and starting over, allowing her to progress.

Frequently Asked Questions

Simply defined, peak performance is your best possible performance. It’s important to recognise it’s not the best performance of someone else. In business, this would be the quickest or cheapest path to a goal. This involves ensuring the path is optimal, and all team members can effectively work toward that goal.
First, we’d assess which aspects of performance may be improved, both individually and as a team. We would choose an area to work on from this list and construct a development plan to address any weaknesses.
Without a doubt, the performance of senior leaders and business owners has a tremendous impact on the entire organisation. Small changes in any direction can have a significant influence on profits.
Performance coaching focuses primarily on the individual’s impact on the business, customers, and team. Not having a clear vision would be a significant performance issue, so clear targets would be the first step. Then limiting beliefs, leadership skills, and decision making would be assessed and improved.
Business coaching will always contain an element of performance coaching, but it can also take account of the wider business activities.
