Meet Phil Drinkwater

With an analytical mind from programming, training in psychology, business experience to owner level, marketing and creative roles and a keen eye for what people are truly experiencing, I use all of my skills to help you and your business grow.


With a decade working from junior staff to senior manager, I understand the challenges and pressures of working at all levels within an organisation.


After seeing an opportunity to use managerial, technical, graphical and marketing skills, in partnership I grew an online business to 20 staff.


My wealth of business experience, analytical mind, prior training in psychology and love of helping others to grow drew me to business coaching.

In business, this would be the quickest or cheapest path to a goal. This involves ensuring the path is optimal, and all team members can effectively work toward that goal.
First, we’d assess which aspects of performance may be improved, both individually and as a team. We would choose an area to work on from this list and construct a development plan to address any weaknesses.
Without a doubt, the performance of senior leaders and business owners has a tremendous impact on the entire organisation. Small changes in any direction can have a significant influence on profits.
Performance coaching focuses primarily on the individual’s impact on the business, customers, and team. Not having a clear vision would be a significant performance issue, so clear targets would be the first step. Then limiting beliefs, leadership skills, and decision making would be assessed and improved.
Business coaching will always contain an element of performance coaching, but it can also take account of the wider business activities.
