Coaching sessions, packages and programmes

Coaching is the process of moving a client from where they are now to where they want to be further down the line. Key elements include having a vision for the end goal, assessing paths to arrive there and being supported on the journey.

It reduces the level of regret in life and increases the amount of motivation and enjoyment experienced.

Options for coaching

All coaching is done via video conferencing, providing a secure environment with minimal disruption to work. There are short term coaching solutions to overcome specific challenges, programmes dedicated to improving in specific areas, and packages with reduced per session rates for support over a longer-term.

Single sessions

If you would like to work for a few sessions, but not commit to a package, this can be accommodated by arranging to pay at the time of booking each session.

Short or long term packages

For longer-term support, you can benefit from a reduction in the price of individual sessions and use them whenever you need support, or regularly every few weeks.

Programmes

Programmes designed to address specific issues help professionals gain new tools and receive support as they put these into practice at work.
